Terms of hire.

These terms apply to every vehicle hired from Drive Smart Autos, 102 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, IG1 4NH, Essex ("we", "us"). By booking a vehicle you agree to them alongside anything agreed directly with our team at the time of booking.

Insurance

We hold a full self-drive hire policy covering every rental vehicle. You are covered in the event of an accident from the moment you drive away, on the terms of that policy.

Deposits, mileage and charges

Any deposit requirement, mileage allowance and additional charges (such as fuel, late return or damage) are agreed directly with you before you sign, and confirmed in writing or verbally at the time of booking. No charge is applied to your booking without prior agreement.

Vehicle handover

Every vehicle is inspected before collection. Condition, fuel level and documentation are confirmed with you at handover, and the vehicle is expected to be returned in the same condition, subject to fair wear and tear.

Cancellations and changes

If your plans change, contact us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate a new date or class, subject to availability.

Chauffeur and Executive Jet Class bookings

Chauffeur services and Executive Jet Class vehicles (Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz and Audi) are available upon request and confirmed individually — call or WhatsApp us to check availability and terms for your date.
